I took my laptop in for repairs which is still under warranty. It was sent to Head Office only to be sent back with the same problem. I then took the laptop back and told them there was still a problem and that something must be done. I was told there was a problem with the harddrive and that they would send it away again. Whereupon i then asked what the point was of sending someting off to be repaired only to be returned in the same condition. The 2 consultants shrugged their shoulders and basically were implying that it was tough. I then got hold of Lyndle at the Rink Street, PE branch to assist me as these two locally had no interest whatsoever. Lyndle then contacted the Grahamstown Branch only to be told that i never gave them the contract number! Which on two occassions was the first thing i gave them. So lying and bad attitude will get this lot nowhere. So Bad Attitude, Passing the Buck and slap-dash no care attitude! The two involved should be trained and taught how to deal with problems and with customers effectively!
