I cancelled my contract with Virgin mobile in December 2013. I was told it was all taken care of and that my phone had been moved to prepaid which I can confirm, as I have to buy airtime for it In order to use it. However, now you guys have ILLEGALLY deducted money from my account on 31 January 2014 for a service that was closed and cancelled!!!
Now when I need to call them and get this sorted out, I either have to hold on the phone for upwards of 30 minutes or send an email which, based on past experience, never gets responded to.
Sort your nonsense out and give me my money back!
