Still no service from virgin mobile

This is my second complaint about virgin mobile. After my first complaint I immediately received an email informing me that for some reason my upgrade was sent back to the warehouse. I was kindly asked by the gentleman, Ezekiel, to upgrade again via telephone. And so I did late November. Again my phone never arrived. Early December I emailed Ezekiel about it. he phoned me and told me that I should rather upgrade at a virgin store as their system was not working optimally. WHAT??? Could they not have told me this earlier and how many other people are struggling with this problem they are having? There and then i asked him how I would go about cancelling my contract as this was starting to become absurd. He told me he would look into it and I should not do anything. I have not heard from him and my bank account was debited with the amount R358 (usually R200).

I seriously don't know what to do??? My next step is to go to my bank and try and stop and debits from virgin mobile. Worst provider ever.
