In response to my previous complaint.

1 November 2013 - and ANOTHER debit order has gone off from my account via Virgin. Wow! That is amazing - Virgin now has made me completely paranoid of signing a debit order with what seemingly is supposed to be a reputable business.
Virgin - no more promises! Fix it now - no more debit orders and GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!
