I am beyond bored with forever having to fight with Virgin Mobile to get a standard service.
This will be the 3rd time I have to make a Hello Peter complaint in order to get my problems sorted out.
Why is this neccessary?? Why is Virgin Mobile service so shocking??
I had a contract with them for 2 years now which I cancelled on the 6th of January, same day my new contract started- which was also the biggest mission to get sorted out.
My cancelled contracts last direct debit was supposed to be in February and the new contracts first direct debit to start the 1st of March.
Yesterday the direct debit for my old contract went off... none for the new!!!
I phoned Virgin Customer Care, what a joke! I spoke to Thando whom didn't say a word, she just put me through to a computer voice asking me to rate the service I just received: how about NONE! I phoned again, and the same happened. I phoned the Canal Walk store and left my complaint, name and number with Akona. No one has contacted me since.
What the F8%k is the matter with this company that their customer service is so poor???
I want an explanation, apology and my money back.
