VODACOM WARRANTY NEVER TO BE TRUSTED AGAIN

On Monday, 28th October we took my daughter's blackberry to be checked as when rebooting the phone was showing that it reuired software check. The No coming up was researched on the Internet prior of going to Gateway Vodacom Service Centre. The lady that took the phone assured us that it is under warranty and will be sorted within 24hrs. The following day sms job 9321417 and that the phone was sent to an Advanced Repair Centre and it will take 7 days to return. On Friday, 1/11 p.m. I received a call telling me that the phone has a LIQUIOD??? damage and no warranty!!! and I will be dend a quote with detailed explanation and replacement option of a REPAIRED BB with 3 month warranty for 3K. ARE YOU KIDDING REALLY???!!!
Unfortujnatelty we are note prepared to accept THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER POOR TREATMENT.
Simply unacceptable cintrdiction of stories as per attached below:
