No response since handing in phone!

On the 21st of January, my Blackberry 9780 was sent in for repair, the mic had been faulty and other software issues. When the phone was sent in, there were no damages, besides usual wear and tear and scratches from use. The phone is still under warranty as it was a contract phone, and after more than 3 weeks I contact the PMB Repair Centre and they tell me that the job was cancelled and somebody called me about a quote which I rejected, and in actual fact, I have had no response at all about the phone since handing it in, and they tell me warranty is cancelled due to liquid damage. I sent the phone in, everything was fine and now they say liquid damage?
if any liquid damage has come about, it has to be from either sending the phone from one centre to another, the phone is currently in the adavanced repair centre according to the person I spoke to on 082 1944, I am without a phone since, no loan phone, no updates, nothing
