Rotten fruits

On 21.12.2025, I bought fruits from Food Lovers in Lenasia. When I got home, I found that the pineapples were rotten underneath, most of the red grapes were dried out, and the green grapes were sour and tasted off.

I called and reported it this morning and was advised to send pictures and the receipt, which have still not been acknowledged.

I drove all the way from Ennerdale just to get rotten fruits, and now I need to drive all the way back for a refund or to have them replaced.
