I sent my blackberry 9790 in on the 24th of April 2013 for repairs because it was giving me problems. it took 3 day to get to vodacom h/o from Alberton to Pretoria. when they received it they took another 2 days to my blackberry, they told me it is liquid damage and i need to buy a new phone to replace it my phone is still under warranty its 11 months old and on contract. i know its not liquid damage cause 3 people i know has the same problem with their blackberry 9790. im very unhappy with the service i got and i feel they should replace my phone with a new one with no co-payment. the job number my phone went in is 8804109.
