I AM DISSAPOINTED TO SAY THAT VODACOM HAS BEEN TOTALLY UNHELPFUL AND DOES NOT WANT TO REPLACE SOMEHTING I HAD PAID FOR.8 MONTHS AGO WE PURCHASED A BLACKBERRY 9320, SENT IN TO VODACOM NOW THEY SAY IT HAS LIQUID DAMAGE AND I MUST PAY TO FIX IT, IT WAS NOT DROPPED INTO ANY LIQUID SHE SAYS IT COULD BE MOIST OR SOMEHTING, THE THING IS THE WARRANTY IS NOT EXPIRED I PAYED FOR THE PHONE AND THIS IS TOTAL BREAKING OF THE CONTRACT, I CANNOT PAY TO FIX IT AND WAIT TO GET MY PHONE BACK, I WANT A NEW PHONE REPLACED ASAP, I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS, IF MEANS BE I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER
