Sound on the car

I bought Renault Kiger 2024 model in February 2025 at Renault Bruma, Around May 2025 the car started having a cranking sound at the left back wheel when travelling on an uneven road. I took the car three times to Renault Bruma. They checked the car and said they don't hear any sound. They suspect it's a boot board. They put some cushions at the four corners of the boot board and immediately when i left the dealership the sound was still there. I took my car to them three times and I was told the same stories. Now I'm travelling everyday with this car still having the sound. It's so frustrating
