Terrible service

Ezeikel called me on 26 oct to respond to my hello Peter complaint. It seems like the only time you get any service us when you put it out on social media. It has been a week and I haven't received my promised call back neither have I received my refund! This is absolutely pathetic service! Virgin Mobile have no sense of customer service or business ethics! Extremely unethical and non transparent! Totally disgusted!
