The reason for this complaint is that I have been waiting for 2 years for my Certificate and everytime I reach out there is a reason for why we not getting Certificates.
It was told to us last month that Certificates might have been lost when they moved to the new location and they informed me that they sent out an email regarding all users to come and collect but I got no such email and they can't provide the email that stated learners to come and collect Certificates.
Its almost 3Years now and no information regarding my Certificate and I am in need of it ASAP
