BAD / NON SERVICE DELIVERY

I HAVE BEEN WITH VIRGIN MOBILE EVER SINCE THEY FIRST CAME INTO THE COUNTRY. I WAS ORIGINALLY WITH VODACOM BUT DECIDED TO PORT TO VIRGIN. IN THE BEGINNING IT WAS ALL OK BUT NOW IT IS BECOMING A JOKE. CALLS ARE CONSTANTLY BEING DROPPED, MAKING SEVERAL CALLS AND NOT GETTING CONNECTED, WHEN NEEDING TO MAKE A CALL, PEOPLE STRUGGLE TO REACH ME AS ITS ALWAYS ON VOICEMAIL. I AM VERY FORTUNATE IF I AM ACTUALLY ABLE TO REACH THE PERSON. I AM FACED WITH EITHER CELL C NETWORK OR ITS SEARCHING FOR SIGNAL OR IT COMES UP AS NO SERVICE. IT IS NOT THE PHONE OR THE SIM CARD WHICH INCIDENTALLY HAS BEEN CHANGED SEVERAL TIMES DUE TO THE SIM FAILING. I HAVE 4 CONTRACTS ON MY NAME AND ALL OF THESE HAVE FAILED NOT ONCE BUT MANY TIMES. MY BIGGEST CONCERN IS THE LACK OF BEING ABLE TO USE MY PHONE WHEN NEEDED AS THERE IS NO SIGNAL MORE OF THE TIME THAN ACTUALLY HAVING THE USE OF MY PHONE. I AM NOW AT A POINT WHERE I AM GOING TO PORT TO ANOTHER NETWORK. I AM REALLY INTERESTED TO KNOW IF ANYONE IS HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS. MOBILE PHONES ARE THERE FOR THE VERY REASON THAT SHOULD YOU NEED TO MAKE A CALL ESPECIALLY WHEN OUT AND ABOUT THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO, BUT THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH VIRGIN MOBILE. ANTHONY WOON
