I would like to lodge a complaint regarding my recent purchases from your Dobsonville branch.
Firstly, I purchased a Defy fridge from your store. Upon delivery, I noticed that the fridge was transported lying on its side instead of being kept upright, which is clearly stated in the manual. This has raised concerns about potential damage and the proper functioning of the appliance.
Secondly, I also purchased a TV stand and a 4-seater dining set. I was informed that I would need to either assemble the items myself or pay an additional R300 for assembly services.
