Since September I have been complaining to Virgin Mobile that in the mornings from 9 to about 11 and then again 3 to 5 NO SIGNAL - you can't make a call or sms - you can whats app.
Incoming calls go straight to voicemail and when you try make a call - it rings and then ends itself.
I am being charged for these call everytime - so I lose about R2.65 everytime - I think that Is what I pay per minute.
Many times there has been an emergency and I cant make calls.. I logged a complaint online and filled in there forms from technical department about 30 times they say they will get back to me in 48 hours They even send out forms from Virgin Mobile but it says Cell C on it??? and they ask you to fill it out?
