Complaint: "PayCity" - Stop Bothering Me with Fines That Have Been Paid
Get your records straight. Ensure that both your and the municipality department's records are up to date. Do your work and check on the payments.
Note: All these fines have been paid. If I get stopped, these are going to show as outstanding, and then what?
It is not my responsibility to check with the municipality. If you want to provide a service to the municipality, do it properly.
Why should I pay again (2nd time - how many times must one pay a fine)? Who is going to refund my money for the first payment? This looks like another scam to me.
