I was scammed on the 26th of September, and I called FNB to reverse the money immediately before the scammer could access it. The case was opened, and I was given the case number. Every time I call FNB to follow up, the person handling my case just says they did an escalation and are waiting for ABSA to respond. I want to get someone from FNB who can assist me with this case. Please help me; I want to resolve this issue.
