Despise so called "Network Provider" VIRGIN MOBILE

I can't get signal, calls constantly drop, My phone has little to no reception, it often go straight to voice mail. I have to reboot at least 5 times a day and I am constantly turning on and off to get signal, switching between networks, I am beyond frustrated that I pay for something that doesn't deliver. Virgin can't be called a network provider as they don't provide for what I pay. I can't talk to anyone at the call center, it goes straight to the "Rate Our Service" message, and when I do get through to the call center I get put on hold (which means hung up), or they say 'it must be a faulty handset' or faulty Sim, I went in to Virgin, using my time to try and fix something which isn't supposed to be my problem, I change my Sim Card (Twice), and it is even worse now. Funny enough the handset and Sim is from Virgin. All they are doing is wasting my time. I need my phone 24/7 as with my work I need to be reachable at all times, I have had complaints that my phone is off a lot which in fact isn't true as my phone is on all the times. I have come to a point where I despise Virgin mobile. I want to cancel my contract and get rid of this horrible so called "Service Provider".
