I placed an order for two dresses on the 30th of October bt I've never received my package, when I tried to contact them they asked me to review my purchases because according to them it's been 14 days so they assume I received it of which I did not. I'll be paying the last installment through pay Just now for the goods I never received of which is very unfair. The order number is #16476. I would appreciate if I can get some assistance regarding this matter.
