I constantly have signal and connection issues! Even while writing this complaint I notice my signal going to SOS. My girlfriend has the exact same contract as I do and we share the same signal/dropped calls/calls going straight to voice mail problems - I went so far as buying a brand new phone because I thought it was the blackberrys giving the issue. I sit with a brand new phone, new model than the previous and I sit with the same issues. Often I try calling my girlfriend and her phone is on voicemail but when I call her landline she says her phone is on. The signal and connection that Virgin offers is useless.
We both pay a monthly fee for a service we don't get! Based on this I want out of this contract!!! I have called into Virgin a month ago explaining this and still NO feedback (ref:46791712)... This is not a service worth paying for!!! We want out and I will never recommend Virgin to anyone! Either Virgin cancells this contract or I go to the CPA!!!
