I am very very upset with Virgin Mobile network!!! First of all, I got my contract and live in Hartbeespoort but i NEVER EVER HAVE SIGNAL!!! If i search for signal, i CANT connect to vodacom!!! It keeps saying unable to connect!!! When i do eventually get signal for a few seconds via MTN or CELL C network then while im talking it breaks up the whole time! I CANNOT rely on VIRGIN MOBILE for signal!!! Im trying to make a Dr appointment but i just cannot connect to any network, it says 'unable to connect' and so i am stuck with a USELESS phone network that I CANNOT USE AND PAY FOR EVERY MONTH!!! VIRGIN MOBILE SHOULD NOT SELL CONTRACTS TO PEOPLE LIVING IN HARTBEESPOORT IF THEY DO NOT HAVE A SIGNAL THAT COVERS THE AREA!!! I HAVE BEEN TO VIRGIN MOBILE TIME AND TIME AGAIN AND THEY CANT HELP ME!! THEY KEEP SAYING ITS WHERE I LIVE!!! WHY DIDNT THEY SAY THIS BEFORE I BOUGHT THE CONTRACT?
It is useless and i am VERY disappointed and wont recommend VIRGIN MOBILE for anyone!!! I am waiting for my contract to end and i will then join a decent network that ALWAYS has signal!!! VODACOM is the best!!!
Try living with a phone with no signal! you will freak!!!
