I used to be a Virgin mobile customer in the years 2008-2010, but decided to change to Vodacom. I ported my number so that I would not have the problem of changing it. After about a year of service with Vodacom, I was still receiving sms messages from virgin mobile. I then found out that Virgin Mobile has given my cell number to a new customer at Virgin Mobile, so I am sharing a number with someone from another network! I have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve the problem with Virgin Mobile, but with no success. Today alone I have already received 3 sms messages from Virgin Mobile!! I am sick of being bombarded with sms messages daily!!
