POOR SERVICE - VIRGIN MOBILE

My boyfriend took out a contract for a phone for me at Virgin Mobile 3 months ago.

It took them almost 3 weeks to port my number from Vodacom to their network. If I had known how poor their service is I would not have ported my number in the first place. My voicemail has never worked and I can't even send any mms's. This is affecting my work - my clients leave messages and I look so unprofessional when I have to tell them that I do not get their messages.

All Virgin Mobile keeps saying is that they are aware of both problems however nothing has been done to fix them. We've been to the store in Canalwalk four times already with no success.

I regret the day I ported my number.
