About 6 years ago i ported from another cellular network over to Virgin Mobile (biggest mistake). After numerous problems (not being able to buy airtime and bad network coverage to name a few) I decided to give another network a try. They ported my number over but due to Virgin Mobile not updating there routing tables on a regular basis certain numbers from different networks are not able to get through to my number. I have my own business and my clients have by chance run into me on the street and mentioned that they are not able to reach me and they are probably only a few. I have asked my network provider to resolve the problem but they advise that Virgin Mobile has to. I have contacted Virgin Mobile but they have to date not bothered to rectify the problem. My last resort will be the cellular ombudsman and my attorneys as I have calculated that to date I have lost thousands of rands and the scary thing is that I'm not able to know the true extent of loss of business as who knows who else has tried to contact me over a period of 6 years.
