I am very unhappy with MTN, sending in a phone for a Software issue and they tell me they will not fix the software issue due to the screen being cracked. The screen has a small crack for over 18months.
Quote me close to R3000 for the screen with the possibility that the problem is inside the phone.
MTN IS PATHETIC AND WILL CANCEL ALL MY CONTRACTS WITH THEM AND MOVE OVER TO A MORE SUPERIOR SP I HAVE 8 CONTRACTS AT VODACOM AND WILL MOVE THE REMAINDER THERE AS WELL. THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY DECISION SO EASILY.
