The other day I dropped my phone by mistake and the screen cracked, I took it in to get a quote and was told that it would cost about R3000.00 to fix the screen, how is it possible that it costs so much. I cant afford that I might as well buy a new phone and feel that the cracked screen warranty should also be included for a S3 as it was never informed to me that this would be such a huge problem and cost, or alternatively the amount should be reduced or even an option to clients to be able to pay that amount off. At this stage I don't even have money to get a spare phone to use in the mean time and have no communication at all. With this being such a huge problem to so many customers please can this be looked into as it is really ridiculous.
