Would like to place on record that Vodacare Eastgate have the most inefficient, unfriendly, unhelpful staff I have ever dealt with. After taking my Blackberry in for continuously freezing and switching off, I was told that it needed a software upgrade which was done by V/care E/gate. I collected the phone, it was worse than ever. It was freezing even more frequently. I returned the phone to V/care E/gate who took it in and sent it to another department to see if they could help with the repairs. A few weeks later to my surprise I got a call to ask if I would like the damaged LCD screen replaced as it was cracked. I was surprised because there was absolutely nothing wrong with the screen when I had handed it in. I told them not to repair the screen, it was not damaged in the first place, they then told me that they were not to fix the problem of the phone freezing and would return it to V/care E/gate. I collected a phone which had the bottom of the keypad missing and no battery, which was handed to them. They subsequently told me they could not do a software upgrade as the LCD screen is cracked. I have the phone and there is no crack! So what kind of service is this?
