No loyalty to customers

I have 4 contracts with Vodacom and spend close to 1500 every month with them. My phone screen cracked and still works however I would like a quote tofix the screen yet they insist I pay a fee for rejecting the quote. You guys quote Me some ridiculous 2000 fee and the want me to pay you for saying no. Im loyal and never in arrears yet you still see need to eek more money out of me. I will stop all my debit orders as I would like that contract cancelled you can have your phone back. It is appalling service and no loyalty to customers. I will be porting my other 3 at the end of there contracts
