Credit Limit???

Good Day

I had a vodacom contract for almst 2years and jst before jan i received a sms saying i can come for a upgrade, when i went to the store they told me im not due for a upgrade. i then went on holiday to worcester and i went to that vodacom store (28 December 2013) they gave a earler upgrade (my old contract was suppose to end end of April). I was on a off peak contract with a Blackberry phone, I then changed from a off peak to a top up 350 with a SAmsung S4, I was told at the store that because its a early upgrade i will have to pay the extra and the that would not be R350 bt R569 and i was ok with that. A week later i received a sms saying that i have reached 100% of Data usage, wich is impossible if i jst received my new phone a week before that, i went to a few vodacom store and they told me that its the billing from by Blackberry that they charging me all the Data usage for, which means that they tranfered my biss usage to normal Data, i was not told this when i did the upgrade and my they are gona deduct R2100 rand frm my debit order wich is wrong, i was not informed about this and no one explained that to me, I went to 3 vodacom store and no one can help me.
