I gave my cell phone in under warranty for repIares and they informed me because off a small crake on the touch screen that the phone warranty is no longer valid and I have to pay for a software update. They don't have to replace my phone or repair the screen but they say I have to pay for software that was suppose to be coverd under warranty how do they get that right a small crack do not affect the phones opperation or software. So how can warranty be affected they wil give me the same phone.
