I took my Black Berry in for a software update because it was not switching on it said "Install new software". My phone had a crack on the screen but I didnt have a problem with that. I took my phone in for software update not cracked screen. Now Mtn is telling me they cant do a software update on my phone they have to fixed the sreen as well and I have to pay R2070. This I dont understand because the reason why I took my phone in is because it needs a software update is not because of a cracked screen. I used my phone fine with that crack just need Mtn to do software update and give me my phone back. My ref No: CENCM 3477989. Why was I not told this when I was booking it at the Mtn store. It has been more than 5 days since i booked it in and i only got an sms today to say I have to pay R2070 before they can do a software update.
