Vodacom allowing my money to be!!!

I noticed that even though I am not using my data contract I was being billed for something.

I phone Vodacom and it turns out that a company called Mira Networks has been taking R7 per day from my account!! I did not authorize this.

It is very concerning that Vodacom just allows anybody to take money from my account!
