Seriously? I post the complaint in October, Telkom said there will be someone is going to contact me, now is in December, I haven't receive any feedback from Telkom during these 2 months, really? Unbelievable! So when is this someone will contact me? Next year or next 10 years? If there is not enough people working in Telkom, then hire someone!
