Many months, and still nothing resolved!!!

I had a problem with Telkom last yr and tried to sort out things. but everything kept getting delayed and ppl passing the buck!

so, i posted on HP a month ago: https:///telkom/complaints/incompetent-1034268

and then 2 weeks ago I posted again: https:///telkom/complaints/i-am-still-awaiting-feedback-many-months-now-1045537

Each time I am promised feedback... but nothing yet! what is going on??? is this the level of service to expect when there is a query??? Clients must pay accouts on time, but queries on those same accounts may take months to resolve??? WHAT IS GOING ON???
