I'm getting very frustrated. I have a very simple query. I've phoned various departments at Telkom but I cannot seem to get a straight answer out of anyone.
I would just like to know if I can or how to block an incoming call on our Telkom line. I have a Azurite D32T Telkom phone. I contacted Tellumat and they told me to contact Telkom. Spoke to numerous employees at Telkom and they said I must use my Azuite phone to block incoming calls. Very confusing.
I still haven't had any feedback regarding my last Telkom complaint.
