TELKOM most incompetent company in South Africa

This problem have been dragging for 5 months now. I moved in Durbanville to another address. In 5 months Telkom has been unable to send my Telkom statement to my new address. The owe me credits that they proomised but have not passed on to me. Despite the fact that I have not had a Telkom statement for 5 months I pay, my account and still I get disconnected. This is my 3rd hello Peter complaint. If this is not resolved I will contact the newspapers as I am not getting any joy from Telkom
