Lack of feedback

I applied for a cellphone contract online on the 23rd of November. I did not receive a response. On Monday the 2nd of December I called your call centre. After being sent from pillar to post, I spoke to a gentleman who told me that your online applications process was a waste of time as it does not function. He then did a telephonic application with me. He told me he could not approve the contract telephonically and that if I went to a store it would be approved. I went to your Centurion Mall branch, I was assisted by Ian who made me complete yet another form. He told me he would provide me with feedback on Thursday the 5th. I have not heard from him since. I called the store today, I was told he was not available and that he would call me back, he hasn't called. I don't understand why I've had to provide Telkom Mobile with the same info 3 times and I still don't have feedback.
