Well, I posted a complaint a month ago... got a response 3 weeks ago... but up until now NOTHING has been done.
My phone line is still out of order as well as my ADSL connection BUT I just received a bill in the post a few days ago!!! For what? Lack of service on Telkom's behalf?
Seems like I have to pay for their shortcomings as a company. Once again Telkom, You got it horribly wrong.
I would like one of your representatives to contact me because this is just utter BULLS@#T!
