From prepaid to contracted

My number was changed from prepaid to contract without my knowledge and permission. I didn't sign anything. I want to SIM swap my number and buy a prepaid SIM card. However, I was told to buy a contract SIM card as they can't process my SIM swap. I was given the number 0875511011 to call, but when I phoned them, I couldn't get through.
