Sometimes I wonder why I even bother. So... I laid a complaint about Telkom on the 9th of October about not wanting to install an ADSL line, and received feedback from Telkom that they would feedback... yeah right... nothing yet besides a reference number that gets you nowhere.

So who else at Telkom can I contact to get this resolved, because your call center, your people monitoring Hellopeter... and your technicians on the road want too much money put in their back pocket to get my issue resolved. Anybody? Help?
