This is a follow up to my previous complaint linked below:

When this complaint was resolved I was told the 25% discount which was provided by the Options department and that I had to be a Telkom client for 3 months before receiving said discount. I have waited the 3 months and contacted the Options department again this time to only be advised that I will have to wait 6 months and therefore must contact them again in a further 3 months.
I have been with Telkom for the past 25 years of my life unfortunately that was my parents account and I moved out this year.
You should honour your original indication of a three month waiting period. Please advise which one it is as I wish to apply for this discount.
