Towards the beginning of 2013 I registered for the 2Mbps ADSL bundle with Telkom. The service I receive from Telkom is usually 0.2Mbps, one tenth of what is advertised. I lodged the first of many complaints with Telkom last year and the complaint number is 607cwk040713. The response I receive from Telkom is that this is a problem with the exchange. Telkom continues to bill me for the 2Mbps service. Telkom cannot provide the service they advertise or are paid for.
