I am a loyal MTN customer and I have made a dispute before regarding money that is being pulled from my account without having subscribed for that service but the problem is still persisting although I was informed that there is problem. Please take action on this because I am loosing a lot of money over zero service that is being delivered to me. I cant get any help from MTN branches so please take it up with the relevant MTN department. an amount of R1865 was pulled from my bank account on 30 November by MTN but I cancelled my contract. If it is a account, why is action not being taken because I have sent an affidavit to dispute against that. Will I be refunded for the losses?
