WRONG CONTRACT ACTIVATED

In December 2012 i signed up for a TOP UP 200 CONTRACT FOR R289 P.M including 150 MB, R200 airtime and 25 smse. The consultant that help me, made a mistake and activated the account incorrectly as A OPEN LINE SOMETHING I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR! MTNS MISTAKE NOT MINE SECONDLY I GOT BILLED R584 FOR THE FIRST MONTH IN DECEMBER THEN AGAIN A MASSIVE AMOUNT FOR R600.00 IN JAN AND THEN R608, IN FEB, I went numoures times up and down to MTN Norwood to get this account issue sorted, and to date no assistance from the branch manager, The consultant that slipped up is no longer working there, so how can it be my problem? I phoned MTN head Office and they keep on telling me to go back to the store, when i am in the store they are telling, me that they must contact head office, Michelle the branch manager promise me that this issue will be resolved but no feedback, I went back to the store and was told that I am liable for the cost, I signed up for a Contract of R289 and should should only be paying R289 and not R600 for a mistake i did not make, I feel that MTN should reimburse me those monies already paid, as I was not the one slipping up! if this issue is not resolved then i will stop the de
