I have requested for a reversal of an amount of R15K that was made to Unisa still after a month no action has been taken. Since the amount was not reflecting in my student account I paid R15K again to Unisa. I took up the matter with FNB Northgate and I was made to fill in dispute forms by Patricia, she then faxed them to the Debit Card Dispute dept. After 2 weeks nothing was done and when Dispute department was called I was informed that they haven't started on my dispute as FNB staff was still dealing with December disputes (by Mandisa - Disputes Dept). After a week seeing no progress, I took this up with Premier Banking where I dealt with Nthombifuthi, she also disappeared with no feedback now. Such a delay on R15K, what is the point of doing premier banking with a bunch of people that really don't care about your financial needs? Clearly there's no sense of urgency for customers & their money. Surely, there's interest implications in not actioning my request on time. Is FNB going to compensate me for the interest since I use one account that charges me daily of debit interest my bond. How is FNB helping people? What business is FNB in these days? Disgusting service!
