I have filed a dispute with fnb on the 02/09 about an atm withdrawal that was never successful but the money is taken out of my account, i have a slip that says there was a problem, from 02/09 up to date i have not been helped, tried to make a few follow ups with no success, the dispute department has not even tried to keep me up dated on the dispute.
I lost R900 and the bank doesnt even care, i have banked with fnb for many years and dispointed by the treatement i am getting.
this makes me wonder if FNB cares about their client or should i just move my accounts
