Account defrauded, Lodged dispute, no action

I received a call from an Edgars Forensics Investigator asking whether I was the person who made purchases on my account in Pretoria. I informed the person that I live in Durban and did not make the purchases to the value of R7599.85. I was subsequently informed that the card would be stopped and that I needed to go to a branch to lodge a dispute. On 16 April 2013, I went into Edgars Pavilion in Durban and lodged a dispute. I was informed that it should be resolved within 3 to 4 weeks. I also settled the outstanding amount that I was liable for, today I received an account indicating that I have an installment of R1800 due by the 31 May 2013. I called their customer service and was referred to their disputes department. I called disputes and was informed that they have no knowledge of the dispute and that I should follow up with the store. Is incident not being resolved can have an adverse impact on my credit rating and to date Edgars have not done anything to resolve the issue. Charlene Ludick and you can mail me on [Email Removed]
