I got caught in a dealing a few weeks ago over the Internet and when I phoned nedbank to report the incident I was then told that its not considered as because I gave my card details to this but how can it not be till today I have not received the product and they keep telling me everyday when I phone them they will refund my money, my account is sitting on a minus I am very disappointed in nedbank as the keep charging me bank charges on this minus amount then nedbank tells me I can dispute the amount they will investigate the matter and after reverse the amount for me which will take a surprising 45 DAYS imagine what my bank charges will be after this. I then sent this dispute form to nedbank disputes department this man then calls me yesterday to inform me that I can't dispute the amount because its a dispute between me and the and he kept insisting that I can only email them now and ask for a refund because there is nothing nedbank can do if I don't get the money from the supplier. Well this man did clearly not know what he was doing as I phoned nedbank client care and was told that I have the right to dispute the matter. HELP!
