Dispute ref Number 2013061 QT 1319271761.

I recently found out that an account was opened in my name and ID number in January 2013, i then reported to the nearest SAPS and obtained an affidavit as i had lost my ID, i proceed to go to the Jet Store in Soshanguve to log a dispute only to find that no one in that store knew how to log a dispute except the manager who was in his backroom office at the time, i had to wait as he was Busy... 1 hour later enters the manager who in all honesty made me feel like a criminal, as if i wanted to from Jet and the account had actually been opened by myself, Finally after the form was filled out and faxed to the dispute department we had to call for confirmation, the phone at the dispute department rang with no answer on 0114989331 and after numerous attempts the manager made me hold the phone and listen while it just rang and rang and rang while he went back to his office, to my frustration i put the phone down and left, to this day i have been trying to call this number to avail and NO FEEDBACK OVER A MONTH REGARDING My DISPUTE.

i am suffering to get credit because of your simple store policy of opening an account.
